Highly recommend Marcus at Broadway Environmental Services. I made a (panic induced) call to them this (Sunday) morning, he picked up, advised and despite working all day, came to mine just after 6pm. Fortunately what I thought to be a wasps nest turned out to be a swarm of bees which have now, thankfully, moved on. We called Marcus initially as we had an animal that we thought must be a rat or mouse that had managed to find its way into the wall space behind our bath. When he arrived he it was under our bath trying to get out! Turns out it was a bird (starling) he helped us rescue it and we let it free! Thank you!
